1. Service Description

Ace AI Advertising is a service of Lakeview Enterprises LLC. We provide AI-powered social media content creation and publishing services for small businesses. Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate posts, images, and market research, which you review and approve before publication. By using our service, you agree to these terms with Lakeview Enterprises LLC, doing business as Ace AI Advertising.

2. Subscription & Payment

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • AI credit add-ons are one-time purchases applied immediately.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused credits.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

3. Content Approval

All AI-generated content is presented to you for approval before publishing. You are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with applicable laws. Ace AI is not liable for content you approve and publish.

4. Social Media Accounts

By connecting your Facebook Page or Instagram Business account, you grant Ace AI permission to publish approved content on your behalf. You may revoke this permission at any time from your account settings or from Facebook/Instagram settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Ace AI to create or publish content that is:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Harassing, discriminatory, or hateful
  • In violation of Meta's Community Standards or advertising policies
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights

6. AI Credits

AI credits are consumed when content is generated. Credits do not expire but are non-refundable. If your credit balance reaches zero, AI generation is paused until credits are added.

7. SMS & Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from a business through our platform, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: You consent to receive recurring promotional and informational text messages from the business you signed up with. Consent is not required to make a purchase.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 4 messages per month from each business you subscribe to.
  • Opt-out: You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number you received a message from. You will receive a final confirmation message.
  • Help: Text HELP for assistance or contact mail@aceaiadvertising.com.
  • Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
  • Carriers: Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most other US carriers.
  • Liability: We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or device incompatibility.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at mail@aceaiadvertising.com. Service continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ace AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or social media account issues.
