Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of all your personal data and social media connection data stored by Ace AI.
What gets deleted
- ✕ Your account information (name, email, business details)
- ✕ All AI-generated content and approval history
- ✕ Your Facebook Page and Instagram connection tokens
- ✕ Uploaded photos and media files
- ✕ AI cost and credit usage history
Note: Payment records may be retained by Stripe per their data retention policy. Content already published to your Facebook/Instagram remains on those platforms and must be deleted there.
How to Request Deletion
Email us at the address below with subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Ace AI account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email.
